Introducing the New Mini-Lyte™ 50 

Clarentis LLC announces the introduction of the new Mini-Lyte™ 50 System.

The Mini-Lyte™ 50 Ultra-Lyte™ System was designed as a low cost alternative for applications that use less volume but still require Ultra-Lyte™ Clarentis® EPA registered medical hospital disinfectant at regular strength.

The first Mini-Lyte™ 50 Systems will be shipped to customers during the first week of September.

Clarentis Receives Trademark and Additional Patent

Clenox LLC received a letter of allowance from the United States Patent and Trademark Office on June 22, 2011 for the 12/708,138 patent application.

In his detailed office action the patent examiner referring to Bakhir, US 5,427,667 mentions:

 “There was not found a teaching in the prior art suggesting modification of the conventional electrolysis cell in order to obtain features of the instant invention”

This third patent gives the company an undeniably solid estate of patents for the technology used in the proprietary Ultra-Lyte ™ Systems..

Clarentis LLC received notice from the United Sates Patent and Trademark Office that Clarentis® was registered as a trademark on May 24, 2011.

Ultra-Lyte™ Passes Six Month Stability Challenge

Ultra-Lyte™ has passed a 6-month stability challenge, under US EPA Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCPPS) Series 830 test guidelines for Storage Stability (OPPTS 830.6317), pH (OPPTS 830.7000) and Corrosion Characteristics (OPPTS 830.6320) as performed by an independent contract laboratory. The sample maintained a concentration of 450 ppm active ingredient (HOCl) over the course of the 6 month study.
